MegaCom launched a new free option – now the balance may not only be read on the phone display, but also heard. After calling the number *500, auto-informator will propose a subscriber among other options to listen to the information about balance, by pressing the button “9”. The service is available for all categories of subscribers.

Dastan Bekeshev, Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, commented on this news in the following way: “I am so glad that the Company MegaCom adjusts its services in accordance with the needs of people with limited health possibilities. Information about the balance may be sounded by some models of smart-phones, but such devices are rather expensive for the majority of people. Now, new option enables blind people to check their balance in a much easier way”.
