1 Connection to the Mega VIP plan can only be done in company salons and service centers. A passport is required to sign a contract.
2 Subscriber fee is charged in proportion to the number of used from the contract’s package (200 minutes), but will not be less than amount of subscriber fee per day according to the number of days in the month. To avoid forming a debt it is recommended that you deposit more than the monthly subscriber fee and payment for direct numbers at the beginning of each month.
3 A direct number is a number in the 0 555 5ххххх format. Calls to these numbers are FREE OF CHARGE for landline users in Kyrgyzstan. It is possible to make a call even when your balance is at zero.
4 Diverted calls are priced as outgoing calls and will be charged according to their destination.
5 To activate roaming service it is necessary to sign a contract for this service and deposit a minimum of 3800 som on your balance. The service will be disconnected when your balance falls below 1140 som.
Attention! Your number will be cancelled and the funds on your balance lost if you do not use any money on your account for a period of 90 days.
