"Your mobile bill" service
The "Your mobile bill" service allows a subscriber to order a delivery of his detailed bill to an e-mail.
This service is available for subscribers with individual tariffs.
To register your e-mail to receive the detailed bills you have to send SMS with your e-mail in the following format: name@dome, to the number 130. SMS to the number 130 costs 1,52 som including all taxes.
To change your e-mail in order to receive the detailed bills you have to send SMS to the number 130 once again with a new e-mail. In case of successful registration you will get a monthly detailed bills’ delivery.
To cancel the bills’ delivery to your e-mail you have to dial *130#0#.
To renew the bills’ delivery to your e-mail you have dial *130#1#.
To check status of the service you have to dial *130#.
After receiving a bill on an e-mail a subscriber will get an SMS-notification.
To secure your data there is a password to open your bill. To find out this password you have to dial *130#9# on your mobile phone for which you set up the bills’ delivery.
A subscriber can request the same detailed bill once again (charge is applied):
*130#1#1# - for the last month
*130#1#0# - for the month before the last month
Cost of the repeat detailed bill is 10 som including all taxes.
Bills for the previous months can be got in the service centers of the company on condition that you have a valid contract.
