Service «USSD-menu»

The service enables subscribers to use information-entertainment services by means of USSD-commands. With the help of this service it is possible to activate or de-activate services, provided by the operator as well as to get brief information about them.

USSD-menu is available for each mobile phone.

How to use the service:
 

• It is necessary to dial *001# and press the call-button – a subscriber will be forwarded to the main menu of the service, where sections of interest may be chosen;
• Hereafter, it is necessary to press  Yes/Ok or Reply;
• Then it is necessary to input the number of the required menu section;
• Send message (input Ok or Send).
   

For subscribers’ convenience, the main control commands are available, which may be used in any section of the menu
 

• Back to the main menu – figure 0
• 1 step back – symbol # 
• For scrolling of pages, which are divided into several parts (symbols << and >>); subscribers may use the commands #1 and #9 – scrolling of pages back and forth correspondingly.

Responses of the system will be shown on the phone display. Contrary to SMS-messages, these messages are not saved in the phone memory and it is not necessary to delete them.

Access to the service
The service is available for all subscribers of the cellular communication CJSC Alfa Telecom.

Service cost
Usage of the menu is free of charge. Price for activation of services or tariff options, provided in the USSD-menu, is determined in accordance with the cost of each individual service or tariff option.
