"Mobile transfer" service

The "Mobile transfer" service allows a subscriber to transfer money from his account to an account of another MegaCom subscriber.

The service is available for subscribers of all pre-paid individual tariff plans.

In order to transfer money from your account to an account of another MegaCom subscriber you have to press:

*550#1#055Ххххххх#sum of transfer#call-button

After money is transferred the subscriber will receive an SMS-notification with a payment code.

There is a possibility to cancel your transfer during 24 hours (if the subscriber hasn’t spent transferred money)

To forbid the "Mobile transfer" service on your mobile phone number you have to press:

*550#00#call-button

To return the "Mobile transfer" service you have to contact The Subscriber Support Service or come to the Subscriber Service Centers.

2% commission of the transferred sum is applied for each mobile transfer (the commission is paid by the subscriber transferring money from his account).

In order to ask another subscriber to recharge your account there is a service "Recharge my account". To use this service you only have to press:

where 055Ххххххх - a number of a subscriber whom you want to address your request.

Для запроса определенного количества средств следует набрать команду:

*550#0#055Ххххххх#amount of money required#call-button

The "Recharge my account" request can be used only 10 times a day.

Control of the service

*550#0#call-button- to forbid receiving "Recharge my account" requests

*550#1#call-button- to return receiving "Recharge my account" requests

*550#call-button- to check current status of "Recharge my account" service

There are some rules for a mobile transfer:

Maximum sum of a transfer, daily

800 som

Minimum sum of a transfer, daily

30 som

Minimum sum of money on an account after the transfer received

100 som

Maximum sum of money on an account after the transfer received

1000 som

Maximum number of transfers,

5

Maximum sum of money per one transfer, daily

300 som

Minimum interval between transfers

30 minutes

You cannot transfer money included in your start balance
Received money cannot be transferred to another subscriber within 24 hours
The sum should be divisible by 10 (for instance 30, 40, 100, 120, 150, 170 etc.)

Attention! When a subscriber sends a transfer request he thereby agrees to all conditions (text in Russian language) оf service provisioning.

MegaCom company is not responsible, for instance, for incorrect data input by a subscriber using the "Mobile transfer" service.
