Having connected call waiting you will not miss an important call, even if it comes while you are talking. A tone will let you know about the incoming call. You can then choose whom to talk to, either one or the other of the callers, or each of them in turn.

In order to set up this service on your telephone and receive calls while talking , dial the combination *43# or select the relevant line on the menu of your telephone.

If one more call is received while talking, you can:

1. Continue the current conversation without paying attention to the signal
2. End the current conversation and receive incoming call
3. Receive the incoming call having pressed the CALL button and talk to each of the people in turn, switching with the help of the CALL button

When you need to discuss something with several people at the same time, organize a conference call. Conference calls will allow you to involve up to five people on a call at the same time.

Both mobile and landline users may participate in the conference call. A participant in the conference can leave it independently, having ended a telephone conversation, while other participants of the conference can continue communicating with each other.

To manage conference communication mode you should select the relevant setting in telephone menu, or use the commands given below:

This service allows you to re-address calls coming to your phone to any number you set, whether it’s a local, long distance, international or mobile number, as well as to a voice/fax mail number. This gives you the opportunity not to miss an important call if:

1. Your number is busy
2. You do not reply during indicated time period
3. Your telephone is turned off
4. You are beyond coverage zone

To manage the service you should select relevant setting in telephone menu, or use the commands given below:

• Divert calls to another number

• Divert calls if the telephone is busy

• Divert calls if you are beyond coverage zone

• Divert calls if you do not reply

Caller ID allows you:

1. To see the name or number of a caller on the display of your telephone
2. To set individual ring tones for the numbers stored in your phonebook
3. To know numbers of the last incoming calls received or missed

Service does not allow seeing the number of caller on the display of your mobile telephone if the caller prohibits identification of his/her number using the «Anti Caller ID service».

Having connected the international access service, you can make calls to any country outside of Kyrgyzstan.

Roaming service will allow you to stay connected and not change your number when you are traveling, or when you are on business trip outside of Kyrgyzstan.

Prior to leaving the country, find your destination in our list of Roaming Countries, find out the cost of calls there, and go having planned your expenses in advance.

In order to connect the service you should visit one of our service centers. To activate service there you will need at least 3800 som on your balance.

Attention! Service will be disconnected upon your balance falling below 1140 som (this is not a mandatory condition of roaming service condition)
