"Forgotten mobile phone" service

The "Forgotten mobile phone" service gives a subscriber an opportunity to activate unconditional call forwarding for his number remotely by contacting the MegaCom Subscriber Support Service.

The service will be convenient for subscribers who don’t have access to their mobile phones due to some reasons, but it is necessary for them not to miss any call. A call can be redirect to any available telephone with active telephony service.

The service is available for all MegaCom subscribers.

In order to set up the “Forgotten mobile phone” service a subscriber has to call the number 0555 50 00 00 and tell a phone number, from which he would like to redirect all calls, tell his PIN code, code word, or passport data.

The service can be set up for a certain period of time. Maximum period of service usage is 3 days, when the period expires the service will be canceled automatically.

In order to cancel the service a subscriber has to dial ##002# or control the redirection service from the phone menu. To cancel the service remotely you have to contact the MegaCom Subscriber Support Service.

Setup cost

Setup cost is 25 som per each setup, including all taxes.

Redirected calls are charged according to the subscriber’s tariff plan that is as an outgoing call from the subscriber’s phone to a number of redirection, for the direct numbers charge for an incoming call is applied additionally.

Note:

To activate the service the pre-paid subscribers have to have not less than 50 som on their balance accounts.
