The Voice Mail service for MegaCom subscribers

With this service you will not miss any important call when your mobile phone is out of reach, not answered or not available.

To set up the service:

To set up the "Voice Mail" service you have to dial:

*980#1# call-button

To cancel the "Voice Mail" service you have to dial:

*980#0# call-button

Important! When you cancel the service all your saved settings and personal messages on your voice mailbox will be removed.

To check current status of the "Voice Mail" service you have to dial:

*980#2# call-button

To get brief information about the "Voice Mail" service you have to dial:

*980# call-button

Activation of the service:

To activate the service (after you set it up) you have to choose a forwarding condition: if out of reach, if not answered or if not available (in the phone menu) and set diversion in your phone to the number: +996 555 980980

How to create and use a voice mailbox:

After setting up and activation of the service you have to call from your mobile phone to the number *980 or 0 555 981981 and follow the instructions of the autoinformator. It is recommended to change the password 9999 set by default to your personal password. After receiving voice messages on your mailbox you will get an SMS-notification. To listen to the messages you have to call from your mobile phone to the number *980.

ATTENTION, you can listen to the messages only from your mobile phone number!
