Payment for Roaming Service

Payment for Roaming Service

In order to deposit money on your roaming account, you should purchase an advance payment card (CAP) in advance, and then when you reach the minimum balance (1140 Som), deposit money to your account through a USSD-inquiry. In some countries, where operators do not support these inquiries for various reasons, you can deposit money only with an SMS message indicating the PIN code of the card to 555. As the SMS message is going through the network of host operator, it will be charged by the host operator. You can also deposit money to your account with the help of your friends located in Kyrgyzstan. To do so, they need to visit a MegaCom service center, or one of the official dealer centers that accept cash payments to transfer to your account. Or, additionally, they can also deposit money to your account through an CAP.

You can also deposit money without purchasing an CAP. While roaming, you need to visit a local bank and transfer money your account. In order to be able to make a transfer, you need to know MegaCom bank information and your personal account information. The payment is possible only in four currencies – US Dollars, Euros, Rubles and Som. More detailed information on payment can be found here.

Incoming Calls

MegaCom subscribers pay for all incoming calls that are automatically diverted through the host network. Payment for calls is made according to existing international roaming plans and terms. For the subscriber calling your phone, it is not considered to be an international call and is charged on their local plan as if the call was made to any GSM standard phone in Kyrgyzstan. When you use the divert call service, you pay for the incoming call from the host country to the location where the call is diverted to, and for the incoming call in roaming. The cost of roaming service is included into the total monthly bill for MegaCom communication service.

Outgoing Calls

The payment for outgoing calls should be made in accordance with the existing plan of each host network operator. The plans are charged in Kyrgyz som. Cost of each call depends on terms provided by the operator, in particular – on the time of day, duration of the call, location where the call is made, exchange rate as of the date of the call, as well as the conditions for the rounding of air time for billing purposes.

Attention! All calls in roaming are priced per minute.
