Dialing Rules
You should dial according to the international requirement, i.e. (+ country code, network code, number of the subscriber). You can dial local calls in accordance with local rules within the network of the operator with whom you are registered to be roaming.
For example: when you call to a subscriber of MegaCom with the number xxxxxx, you should dial:
