The Company MegaCom informs that the function "Notification of clients, activating the Roaming service" is now available.

For your convenience, after activation of the service "Roaming" you will get the SMS-notification, including the contact number, where you will be able to get the information about the service specific character. Call to this contact number is absolutely free of charge!

In case of deactivation of the Roaming service due to achievement of the disconnection threshold, notification will be re-activated after charging the balance.

Attention! Your phone may get in the operating zone of foreign operator and be automatically registered there in frontier zones of the Kyrgyz Republic.

To avoid automatic registration and tariffing for the roaming service, it is recommended to set up the manual operating mode for selection of the MegaCom network. You should also pay attention to the name of operator, shown on the telephone display.

Voice calls are charged at a per-minute rate. Incoming calls with duration less than 3 seconds are free of charge.

Unconditional call forwarding in roaming is priced as for an outgoing call within the local network to a redirection destination.
Conditional call forwarding in roaming (if "busy", "not available" or "no answer") is priced as a sum of calls at roaming tariff rate: an incoming call in the country of presence plus an outgoing call to a redirection destination.

Fax and data sending is priced as for an outgoing call in roaming to the call’s destination.

Roaming tariff rates

Data about MegaCom subscribers’ calls in roaming is formed by a roaming-partner operator. According to the terms of the Agreement on International Roaming data about roaming subscribers’ calls is formed and presented by a roaming-partner within 65 calendar days. Therefore control of the subscribers’ balance accounts is conducted when information about calls made and payments charged is received.
