CONNECTION AND PAYMENT
CONNECTION
In order to connect to MegaCom’s network you need to visit a service center for subscribers, firm salon or a MegaCom official dealer center.
In order to sign an agreement you will need to submit the following documents:
- Valid passport;
- Army officer ID (not to confuse with military card);
- If an agreement is being signed on behalf of a subscriber by a third party, it is necessary to submit, apart from the documents listed above, a power of attorney attested in by a notary (passport information, date of issuing and the term of the power of attorney’s validity, as well as actions that a trusted person would have a right to on behalf of a subscriber should be indicated in this document). A subscriber should not be authorized to transfer rights stipulated in the agreement on provision of service to third parties without written authorization of the operator.
PAYMENT
It is possible to pay for communication service either in cash or with the card of advance payment. Cash is being received at Service centers for subscribers, Company salons, and in any of the Dealer centers.
Payment for communication service is also possible to make in postal offices of Kyrgyzpochtasy, by means of Easy Pay payment terminals, automated points of immediate payments from the Neotech company, as well as through any commercial bank.
In order to pay for MegaCom service, or to deposit a sum on the balance of your acquaintance, relative’s personal account, or if you just want to do favor to your close friend, you can use the following ways:
- Advance Payment Cards (to do this you should buy MegaCom advance payment cards and perform the following operations):
- Scratch off the protective covering that covers the card’s PIN code.
- To deposit money to your account you should dial (without using the phone’s menu ) *555#PIN code# and press the CALL button
- To deposit money to another account you should (without using the phone’s menu ) dial *555#PIN code#996555хххххх# and press the CALL button (where хххххх – is the telephone number of the subscriber for whom you would like to deposit money)
Check Balance:
Without using your phone’s menu dial *500# and press CALL
You can also deposit money on your balance by sending a free SMS to the number 555 by indicating the PIN code of the advance payment card. In order to deposit money on your friend’s account with a different telephone number, you should indicate through a space the number of the subscriber that you would like to deposit money for, using the format +996555хххххх (where хххххх is the number of the subscriber for whom you would like to deposit money)
- Payment in cash (to do this you should visit any service center for subscribers, company salon, dealer center, payment center or local commercial bank)
- Funds transfer (to do this you should transfer money from your account to MegaCom’s account, as indicated on the invoice from any branch of your bank)
You can refer to the MegaCom call center regarding any matters of payment for communication service connection via telephone number 0555 50 00 00 or *500; the call is FREE OF CHARGE for subscribers and for fixed telephone network users, subscribers of other mobile communication operators are charged according to their mobile plan.
