Licenses

At the moment MegaCom has the following licenses in the field of electronic communication:

1. License of the National Communication Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic No.09-750- КР, dated July 6, 2009 for performance of the activity in the sphere of electrical communication (provision of the services of cellular mobile radiotelephone communication of the GSM standard).

2. License of the National Communication Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic No.09-751- КР, dated July 6, 2009 for performance of the activity in the sphere of data transfer.

3. License of the National Communication Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 09-756-КР, dated July 21, 2009, for performance of the activity in the sphere of electrical communication (for provision of services of the cellular mobile radio-telephonic communication in the standard of the mobile connection third generation 3G "WCDMA/UMTS").

4. License of the National Communication Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic №10-794-KP, dated July 1, 2010: International telephone services.

5. License of the National Communication Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic № 09-763-КР, dated December 25, 2009: activity on development, building, installation of networks, lines, facilities, systems and mechanisms of electrical communication.

6. License of the National Communication Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic № 09-762-КР, dated December 25, 2009: activity in the sphere of electrical communication (provision of telematics services).
