How to Get Connected:

In order to get connected to the independent plans such as Tunuk, All Included, Hit, and others, it is not necessary to sign an agreement with MegaCom. To do so, you just need to visit any subscriber service center, company salon, or any MegaCom dealer center.  There you can buy a SIM card or starter set, which includes a user’s manual and a starting balance for your account.

If you have an independent plan and you wish to have additional services, such as roaming, call details, number restoration, etc. then you should sign a contract with MegaCom.

In order to sign a contract you need to submit the following documents:

• Valid passport or;
• Army officer ID (not to be confused with a military card);
• If an agreement is being signed on behalf of a subscriber by a third party, it is necessary to submit it seperate from the documents listed above. A power of attorney attested in the notary (passport information, issue date and a term of power of attorney validity, as well as actions that a trusted person would have a right for on behalf of a subscriber should be indicated in this document). A subscriber should not be authorized to transfer rights stipulated in the agreement on provision of service to third parties without the written authorization of the operator.
